Ideal candidates must have knowledge of computers, an excellent telephone manner. Office experience would be an advantage.
The key responsibilities will include general administration, order processing, answering calls, arranging deliveries, answering queries, increasing sales, manual and office duties. Driving the business is important, as is customer service and maintaining a friendly face at all times.
